Hey you guys! Today I have the red and clear large marshmallow stampers (or item #21739) from bornprettystore.com to review! I did purchase these myself and I’ll be comparing them to my ever faithful Creative Shop stamper I bought from Beautometry.com. This will be very photo heavy and if you are interested in seeing the YouTube review it is available here!

Lets start first with the clear stamper.

I found the clear to be really soft, maybe just a touch softer than the Creative Shop stamper and just a bit firmer than the red stamper. I did have trouble picking up “I’d Melt For You” which is a stampable silver polish from China Glaze but I think after priming with a magic eraser it may work easier! I was very pleased with how the clear picked up straight from the package with no washing or anything. It is slightly stick and a nice size. I was able to see white polish on it very well too!

Next is the red stamper from bornprettystore.com.

I feel like the red is just a tad bit squishier and even though it came with a small crease in the middle it didn’t affect the stamping at all! I had no problems picking up any of my stamping polishes with this stamper and all of the colors shined beautifully on it for easy placement! I think this very well may eclipse the Creative Shop for me and I plan on buying both a backup and one for an upcoming giveaway I’ll be hosting!

When I compared both of these stampers to the creative shop stamper I thought they were very close it terms of how they stamp. I feel like the bornprettystore.com stampers are just a tiny bit softer and stickier, and their base is a little taller and thinner however all the heads are completely interchangeable! All using the Golden Russian stamping plate from Petla.

    1. Which stampers, polishes, and plates are you using? Is the stamp picking up and not transferring or not picking up at all? Some stampers may need to be primed with a magic eraser first, and nice thick polishes will pick up better too! If there is a blue film on your stamping plate make sure you remove it before stamping.

      1. I bought stampers polishes and plates through Born Pretty. I’ve never primed them before so that could be the problem. The stampers mostly don’t pick up the polish. Thanks for your help!
