Today I have a super simple dotticure for the 11th day of the 31 day color challenge being hosted by Chalkboard Nails. I will not be doing a YouTube tutorial for this look since it is so simple but I will link the 15 second Instagram tutorial here when it is available.
I went with red, black, and white today because we are going to watch my niece sing at the local football game today! As luck would have it my sister-in-law will be twirling for the opposing team which just so happens to be my hometown….whose colors are also red, black, and white!

For my base color I laid down 2 coats of Pepper by Zoya which has been in my untrieds for way too long! Pepper is a deep rich vampy red with a touch of brown in it, so Autumn appropriate!
Next I used black and white acrylic paint and a dotting tool and alternated dot colors across my middle and ring fingernails. I let them dry for just a bit and then topcoated with Flash Dry by Bohemian Polish.

I recently purchased the matte topcoat made by Bow from Dance Legend during Llarowe’s last sale, and oh. My. Gosh!! It is such an amazing, velvety matte topcoat!
So that’s it for today, stay tuned for day 12 tomorrow I am so excited for the dual prompts!!
