Hey guys! I am so excited to share this swatch and review with you! Be sure to stay utill the very end for a chance to win a full Petals collection of your own! This set was sent to me by Zoya in exchange for my honest review.
First up is Leia. Leia is describe as “a sheer, opalescent white with flecks of fuchsia, green and gold. Just as beautiful on its own or layered over your favorite spring shades!” This one is gorgeous on its own and not quite opaque at 3 coats but over other shades (especially black!) it is a stunner! This is my #1 favorite from the entire collection!
Here is a quick swatch of Leia over 1 coat of Purity (white.)
And here is one coat over Willa (black.) I could not get enough of this combination!
Next up is Tulip. Tulip is described as “a pure pastel salmon cream with the slightest hint of sheen to mimic a petal soft finish.” This one went on a little streaky for me but leveled out at 3 coats, I also didn’t find that the shimmer was super apparent on the nail. This is a very flattering and classy shade though!
Next up is Zahara. Zahara is described as “a brilliant shimmering coral made modern with an opalescent effect.” It photographed a wee bit more bright and orange toned than it actually is, it is a very soft coral leaning dreamsicle type shade. It is opaque in 3 coats and stunning in the sun, the formula on all of the glass fleck polishes is outstanding.
Next up is Laurel. Laurel is described as “a warm pastel pink with the slightest hint of sheen to mimic a petal soft finish.” I got a bit of a coral feel from this polish as well. It went on a bit streaky on the first coat but leveled out nicely with a thicker second coat.
Next up is Azalea. Azalea is described as “a classic spring pink with a captivating white and fuchsia flash.” I wish I would have had the fore thought to grab some of the azaleas that are blooming locally for a photo op with this shade! Really easy, gorgeous formula that is opaque in 2 coats. This is one of my absolute favorites and it dances in the sun!
Lastly we have Aster. Aster is described as “a fresh periwinkle with flecks of fuchsia to create a dewy finish, mimicking the look of spring flowers in the morning.” This one toes the line bewteen blue and purple beautifully and was opaque for me in 2 coats. This one is loaded with shimmer!
