Today I am so excited to share the Back To School trio releasing August 26th from le polish inspired by Billy Madison! This is a collection of 3 really fun crelly polishes that will retail for $10 for a full size or $6 for a mini and these were sent to me for review. I’ll jump right into the swatches!

First up is Stop Looking At Me Swan, described as “a white crelly with black, yellow, and gold glitters and flakes.” It is inspired by the “Shampoo is better, I go on first and clean the hair. Conditioner is better, I leave the hair silky and smooth. Stop Looking at me Swan!” part of the movie and is shown here at 3 coats! The formula is on the thicker side but very easy to use with no fishing or manipulation!

Next up is Nude Magazine Day, described as “a nude crelly with aqua, blue, and white glitters and aqua shimmer.” This one is very obviously inspired by the “What day is it? Nudie Magazine Day, Nudie Magazine Day, Nudie Magazine Day!” part of the movie. i absolutely adore nude crelly polishes and this one is amazing, I love the pops of aqua! Opaque for me in 2-3 coats, this has another really easy thicker formula.

Lastly I have my favorite of the trio, Call Me Miles Davis which is described as “a raspberry crelly with black, white, pink, and gold glitters.” This is inspired by one of my favorite parts of the movie as well, when she says “If peeing your pants is cool, Call Me Miles Davis!” This one was opaque for me in 2-3 coats and I love that the base is a darker more matronly suave shade with the fun added effect of the glitters!

So that wraps up my swatch and review of the back to School collection, I think all 3 of these are winning collections and they are beautifully cohesive all together! Follow le polish’s social media below to stay up to date on all future releases and sales:
