Today I have swatches of the gorgeous Nudity collection releasing on August 26th from Virago Varnish! This is a set of 6 different nude shades in differing tones and hues to match every skin tone. These were sent to me for review.
I would like to preface this review by saying that this entire collection is incredible! Almost all of the shades are complete one coaters with a perfect formula that self levels with ease. These all also stamp beautifully over light and dark colors.
First up is Unclad, described as “a wood-brown nude creme.” This is the warmest darkest shade of the collection and was perfectly opaque in one coat!
Next up is Disrobed, described as “a nude cedar brown creme.” This shade is a darker more cool toned brown with a little bit of an ash undertone. Completely opaque in 1 coat!
Next up is Omit, described as “a light honey-mustard shade.” Omit has very yellow warm buttery undertones and was completely opaque for me in one coat!
Next up is Exposed, described as “a light mauve nude creme.” This one has a gorgeous pinky purple feel to it and is super flattering! Completely opaque in just one easy coat.
Now on to the 2 lightest shades, this is Bare which is described as “a tortilla brown creme.” Bare was beautifully opaque in 1 coat and is a touch deeper than the last shade.
Lastly I have Skin, described as “a light beige-brown creme.” This is the lightest shade of the collection and was just shy of being a one coater for me.
So what are your thoughts on this collection? I feel like this is a must have, especially for those who need work appropriate nudes! Are you planning on picking any of these up?
