Hey y’all! Today I have a special collection review to share with you, this is the Witch Goddesses collection from Sassy Pants Polish – a collection of 6 beautifully vibrant yet vampy shades. This collection will be releasing on September 17th for all of you lucky ducks heading to Polish Con in Chicago, for everyone else these will be available in the store on September 23rd at 2 p.m. CST. A full size collection will retail for $60 or $11-$12 and a mini set like I swatched today will be $40 or retail for $7-$8 a piece. I was sent this collection for review and I’ll jump into these gorgeous shades!

We are going to start out strong today with my top pick of the collection! This is Morrigan, described as “a blood red holographic polish with a slight silver foil shimmer.” The formula on this polish is amazing and was completely opaque for me in 2 easy coats. The metallic shimmer plus scattered scattered holographic glitter makes Morrigan look molten and I am in love! This one stamps okay over both white and darker colors.

Next up is Aradia, described as “a shimmering copper with a subtle green shimmer.” The shimmer seemed a bit peach toned to me here and Aradia did want to get a little brushstrokes. 2 coats makes for great even coverage but my swatches are shown at 3 coats! The shimmer in Aradia is very prominent and this polish is the strongest stamper over darker colors and also stamps okay over white.

Next up is Pythia, described as “an olive green polish with an orange shimmer.” Pythia is a bit on the sheer side though it has a great formula, it is just on the edge of being opaque for me at 3 coats. The shimmer in this one is very strong and helps mask visible nail line for sure!

Next up is my second pick of the collection, Hecate! Hecate is described as “a rich blackened teal holographic polish.” This one had an amazing easy to use formula with a strong linear holo effect! It also seems like it has a bit of metallic shimmer in there as well, Hecate is gorgeous under all lighting at all angles.

_

Next up is Selene, described as “a dark bewitching blue shimmer polish and silver platinum micro flakes.” Selene starts out a bit sheer but builds up beautifully opaque in 3 coats. The silver micro flakes translates perfectly to the nail for a strong silver shimmer.

_

Lastly today I have Rhiannon, described as “a vampy purple shimmer polish with a red shimmer.” Rhiannon has much the same formula as Pythia, it started out pretty sheer and at 3 coats is on the edge of being opaque. I do love the metallic squishiness of this polish but I think I would use this as a topper next time.

So that wraps up the Witch Goddesses collection today! I will be sharing Sassy Pants Polish’s Halloween trio so stay tuned for that, it is seriously on point! All these jewel tones are just so pretty! I usually don’t end up liking entire collections, but there don’t appear to be any duds here, lovely swatches xx
