Hey y’all! Today I have a mini haul from a new to me brand, Vapid Lacquer! I’ve seen lots of good things about and around and I picked up the Hello Holo Custom months ago but it’s been in my untrieds ever since! I participated in a Halloween box swap where I was paired up with @mamineedsamani and she was so sweet to send me two gorgeous shimmer polishes from the Summer Shenanigans collection. Even though these polishes are not available right now I love how they match up with Halloween colors and I thought I’d share a quick swatch and review as well as some easy spooky nail art!

First up is Use Your Noodle, a gorgeous shimmery macaroni orange that leans a little pumpkin with a very strong gold shimmer! Use Your Noodle has an amazing formula that is a little on the thinner side and had amazing coverage at one coat! It was completely opaque for me in 2 and dried down to a gorgeous semi-matte finish.

For my nail art I did some stamping using Bundle Monster stamping plates BM-S243 and Tux Polish’s Onyx.

Next up is Round N Round, another polish from the Summer Shenanigans collection! This one is probably my favorite of the three I am sharing today and had complete coverage in 2 easy coats. I cannot get over this shimmer combination!

For nail art over this gorgeous colors I just popped on some gold rose filagree stickers, available from Born Pretty Store here.

Lastly today I have the Hello holo Custom, Spellcaster! This polish is an incredibly strong metallic burgundy polish with an olive/gold shift and a ton of linear holographic glitter. Spellcaster has a easy 2 coat formula and i have so many regrets that it’s gone unloved for so long!

For nail art, I painted over the gems of one of these spider rhinestones with Spellcaster and did a mix of stamping and free handing some spiderwebs on each nail. I then added a nice thick layer of topcoat and added the spider charm.
