Hey guys! Today I am so incredibly excited to share the upcoming Little Mermaid collection releasing from preorder on Feb 1-5th from Femme Fatale Cosmetics! This is a collection of 9 gorgeous glittery and shimmery shades that are inspired by the Hans Christian Anderson tale; they will trickle down to stockists such as Shiro Cosmetics, LiveLovePolish, Beautometry, and others later in the month. I do have quite a few favorites in this collection so I’ll jump right into the swatches. This collection was sent to me for review.

First up is “An Immortal Soul” which is described as a “cool-toned golden base with hints of shimmer, golden holographic micro glitters, and copper chrome flakes.” This is a gorgeous deep gold shade and when the holographic glitters catch the light they reflect jewel tones that make this polish look like a treasure box on the nails! It built up perfectly opaque in 3 coats and a good topcoat smoothed down some of the larger glitters.

Next is “Built With Shipwrecked Bones” which is described as a polish with “pale green shifting shimmer with a slightly blue tinted base with silver holographic accents.” The formula on this polish is amazing, I had perfect coverage in 2 coats. the metallic gold/green shimmer really builds up the opacity quickly and the holographic glitter just shines off of the base!

Next up is “The Mermaid’s Tail” which is described as a “sheer bright blue jelly base that gives way to a stunning array of green-gold shifting chrome flakes, with gold and lemon holographic accents. This polish reminds me so much of deep deep waters and seaweed, I think the name is so perfect! The multi chrome flakies really build that jelly base up quickly, I only did 2 coats for my swatches today but I feel like a 3rd coat would add even more depth!

Next up is “Glittering Draught” which is described as a “luminescent sea-foam green filled with small silver holographic flakes, red iridescent glitters, and pink shimmer.” This delicate beauty built up very well for me in 3 coats, the pink shimmer on the pale green base is just a stunning combination and works so well here.

Next is one of my top picks, Dominion Of The Sea Witch! Dominion Of the Sea Witch is described as a “bright troll crelly base with soft red glow, filled with golden holographic accents and an array of red iridescent glitters.” It is recommended to go in for thinner coats with this polish, the red iridescent glitters are on the larger side and you may want to take care to get them nice and spread out. I did 2 coats here and this polish is such a gorgeous shifter on the nail!

Next up is “Among Daughters Of Air” which is described as a “sheer blue based glitter topper with an array silver holographic glitters, red iridescent, and shimmer.” Even though this is recommended to be a topper it does build up perfectly in 3 coats! The shimmer in this polish translates beautifully to the nail and it has so much bling! The sheer blue base gives this one a Cinderella’s glass shoe vibe and I *love* it!

Next up is “The Fallen Statue” which is described as a “blue luminescent base filled with pink chrome shifting flakies, fine silver holographic flakes, and silver holographic glitters.” This shade starts out a little on the sheer side but builds up to full opacity in 3 coats, the multi chrome flakes are such a nice touch here and I am in love with the blue shimmer! This polish has a very pearl vibe to it but with zero brushstrokes!

You guys, it’s a thermal! This is “Pride Must Suffer Pain” and is described as a “turquoise (warm) to purple (cold) thermal with a faint red glow, holographic scattering, and aqua/green shifting flakes. The formula on this polish is outstanding and it is definitely one of my favorites! The thermal element is very temperature sensitive and built up perfectly for me in 2 easy coats. At two coats the turquoise shade was a little sheer so you may prefer a 3rd coat. My swatch photos today are shown at the natural shift that occurred on my nails, plus a warm and cold swatch.

Lastly today I have another favorite, Stars Of Heaven Falling, which is described as a “multi chrome base of purple, pink, and a hint of blue with scattered holographic particles and red iridescent glitters.” This polish is just shifty, glimmering magic on the nails! The base is predominately purple but shifts under different lightings and angles, it built up perfectly in 2 easy coats. The larger red iridescent glitters really do a number on me!
