Hey guys! Today I have a swatch and review of the Spring edition of the Seasonal Indie Box for 2017! If you aren’t familiar with the Seasonal box, each season 3 makers (Turtle Tootsie Polishes, Colores de Carol, and Anchor and Heart Lacquers) get together with a guest maker and make gorgeous season appropriate polishes! For Spring the guest maker is Heather’s Hues, this box will retail for $35 plus shipping starting April 2nd – the 9th. I was sent this box for review and I’ll jump right into the swatches!

First up is Carnation from Turtle Tootsie Polishes, described as a “bubble gum pink scattered holo polish that flashes purple with pink micro flakies and rainbow flakies.” This polish has a super nice formula that built up for me in 3 thinnish coats! All of those flakies do all a little bit of texture but topcoat does smooth it out, I am absolutely in love with this strong purple shimmer on such a bright pink base!

Next up is Sunshine & Pansies by Anchor & Heart Lacquer which is described as a “mellow gold toned yellow cruelly packed with subtle green shimmer, gold and silver micro shreds, and larger glitter in violet, magenta, gold and silver. This is such a cool crelly! It built up perfectly for me in 3 coats, I love the glitter mix here! I did have some slight settling of the larger glitters but that is easy to correct by flipping the bottle for a bit.

The Anchor & Heart Lacquer also comes with a heart shaped cabochon macro, such a sweet touch and it went directly on my helmer!

Next is Jade Vine by Colores de Carol, described as a “sparkly turquoise linear holographic with gold and holo flakes and fine neon green glitter.” This is such a stunning cool toned green that built up to full opacity for me in 3 easy coats!

Lastly today I have Hydrangea from Heather’s Hues which is described as a “lavender pastel with periwinkle shimmer and a touch of purple and indigo microflakes.” This polish has a fabulous creamy 2 coat formula! I love the speckled finish! It does dry down a little textured but nothing your favorite topcoat can’t handle!
