Hey guys! Today I have a swatch and review of the Light & Bright collection releasing from Night Owl Lacquer on April 14th at 10 pm MST. This collection consists of 6 super bright neon cremes and 4 toppers and they were sent to me for review. I have the hardest time getting this neon cremes color accurate so they may be a little brighter and lighter in person! If you’d like you may use my coupon code SS10 to save 10% off any order and I’ll get right into the swatches!

First up is Persist, described as a “light pink neon creme.” This polish is just a touch lighter than a bubblegum or Barbie pink and super bright! I had full coverage at 2 easy coats without any undies and this is one of those shades that is going to give a “glow” in deep afternoon lighting. Don’t mind my smudged label, I had a mishap while doing some splatter nails!

Next up is Inspire which is described as a “neon coral creme.” This polish is giving me Flip Flop Fantasy vibes but it definitely has more of those gorgeous orange tones here! Completely opaque in 2 easy coats.

_

Next up is Inspire, described as a “light neon yellow creme.” This polish did start out a tiny bit streaky but built up nicely for me in 2 thickish coats. If you prefer to go in thinner you may need 3 coats but this is a super easy to use formula.

Next up is Wish, described as a “light neon green creme.” This polish has some gorgeous light honeydew melon tones and built up perfectly for me in 2 coat.

_

Next up is Dream, described as a “light neon blue creme.” I originally did 2 coats with this polish but had some slight streaking so I did need 3. This is such a light and bright almost sky blue with a hint of turquoise tones and it “glows” so brightly under UV lights!

_

The last of the cremes today is Believe, described as a “light neon purple creme.” This polish had the easiest formula and went on for me super smoothly at 2 coats. This one is not going to be as intense under black lighting but still a stunner for sure!

_

Next is It’s All Rainbows and Unicorns, described as a “clear base packed full of various sizes of crystal rainbow shifting flakies.” I did 1 coat over Tux Polish’s Onyx and it is just everything I love in a flaky polish! 2 coats would give you even more of that gorgeous effect on the nail and a matte topcoat will bring them out even further!

_

Next is Light Up The Shadows, described as a “clear base with various sizes of matte black & white glitter and opalescent glitters.” I did show it at 1 coat over black here so I lost some of the black glitters that will pop more over a lighter color. I love how the opalescent glitters look on that dark base though!

_

Next is Moonlight, described as a ” clear base full of silver galaxy holo glitters.” Y’all, this is a stunning topper with a beautiful density of those scattered silver holographic micro glitters. If you don’t have anything like this in your collections this is a perfect option!

_

Lastly today I have Sunshine, described as a “clear base full of gold galaxy holo glitters.” So this is the sister polish to Moonlight in a gorgeous gold toned, I cannot tell you guys how happy I am to have this in my collection! It gives such a different vibe from the silver and is going to a perfect accent to so many different looks.

That wraps up today’s swatch and review, be on the lookout to see these cremes watermarbled this week and check out all of Night Owl Lacquer’s social media to stay up to date on all new releases:

What a lovely collection of neons – it is great how they hover between being bright and somewhat pastel.
