Hey guys! Today I have a swatch and review of the upcoming Zelda & Link themed facebook custom duo releasing on May 4th from Glam Polish! We are switching gears this month to iconic duos and I am such a Legend Of Zelda fan girl that these are right up my alley! If you love these as much as I do be sure to stop by the facebook group here to snag the special coupon code. These were sent to me for review along with the new Totally Matte Topcoat featured today.

First up is Link’s polish, “The Hero Of Time,” which is described as a “forest Green Jelly with green/purple Iridescent flakies, green/purple shifting microglitter, green/purple shimmer and fine holographic microglitter.” This polish built up nice and easy for me in 2 coats although if you prefer thinner coats you may need 3. A good glossy topcoat will even out the slight textured those large flakes leave and a matte topcoat will bring them right to the forefront!

Next up is Zelda’s polish, “Twilight Princess,” which is described as a “ Bright Purple with pink/gold Iridescent flakies, color shifting iridescent glitter and fine holographic microglitter.” Y’all I can not even with how much I love this shade! I did prefer the depth this polish has at 3 coats on the nail but I love it even more with the matte topcoat. I cannot get over those pink to gold shifting flakies in this pinky purple jelly base!

That wraps up today’s swatch and review, I will have another super limited edition May the 4th polish coming tomorrow so stay tuned for that and follow all of Glam Polish’s social media platforms to stay up to date on all new releases:
