Hey guys! Today I have a look at the new Late Summer 2017 Collection releasing from Colors by Llarowe at the Indie Shop San Francisco on June 29th and on the website starting August 1st! This gorgeous 6 piece collection was sent to me for review and I don’t think I have ever had such a hard time choosing a favorite!

One Crazy Ass Summer shown at 3 coats under artificial lighting.

First up is “One Crazy Ass Summer” which is described as a “reddened hot pink base with a pink and red shimmer and ultra micro iridescent glitter.” This red hot berry shade almost glows on the nail, it was such a hard shade to photograph but it is even more beautiful in person! It did have a bit of a jelly formula but built up beautifully in 3 thicker coats.

Hard To Imagine shown at 2 coats under artificial lighting.

This is “Hard To Imagine” and it is described as an “army green based glowing holo with blue, purple, and pink shift.” Y’all, this color is intense! Beautiful coverage in 1-2 coats with a super glowing shimmer that is crazy holographic in direct sunlight!

I Skis With My Knees shown at 2 coats under artificial lighting.

This is “I Skis With My Knees” which is described as a “bright medium deep turquoise glowing holo with green, purple, and blue flame. This polish was easily opaque in 2 coats with no staining in my experience. I cannot with how gorgeous this finish is, this is my number one top pick of the collection!

Dive Right In shown at 3 coats under artificial lighting.

Next up is sure to be a fan favorite, “Dive Right In!” Dive Right In is described as a “bright light blue crelly base with intense pink to gold to red shimmer and a scattering of holo.” This glow is real here! This polish did have a bit of a jelly base but built up to a perfect finish in 3 coats, it will be an absolute stunner with a matte topcoat as well!

Mermaids In Maui show at 3 coats under artificial lighting.

Next up is “Mermaids In Maui,” described as a “light lilac base with scattered and linear holo and holo prism flake with various sizes of iridescent shifting glitters and aqua shimmer.” This is another stunner for sure that built up to full opacity in 3 easy coats. The teal shimmer does a fabulous job at translating to the nail!

City Streets shown at 1 coat under artificial lighting.

Lastly today I have “City Streets,” described as a “charcoal grey based glowing holo with pink, plum, and blue shift. This polish did pull a little deep purple to me in some lightings and the rainbows it throws are mesmerizing! This polish, no joke, was easily opaque in 1 coat!
