The 6 Year Anniversary Collection by Femme Fatale Cosmetics

Hey guys! Today I am so excited to share the 6th Year Anniversary Collection releasing from Femme Fatale Cosmetics on October 1st – 5th! This trio will retail at $36 and will trickle down to stockists later in the month. 6 years is no small feat for an indie brand I am so proud to be sharing these with you!

First Blush shown at 3 coats under artificial lighting.

First up is “First Blush” and it is described as a “crelly beige with strong orange tones gives way to a prevalent violet glow. Once layered upon the nail it takes on a soft, rosey blush tone.” In the bottle I loved the shimmer but I wasn’t really feeling the base shade, however once I got it on I loved it! The shimmer is a bright flash of rose and the blush shade has flattering brown tones for a fun but classy look. This color was completely opaque for me in 3 easy coats.

Fractured Horizon shown at 2 coats under artificial lighting.

Next up is “Fractured Horizon” and I feel like I couldn’t live without this polish! It is described as a “shimmering pink to gold shifting finish over a slightly purpled-blue base, and scattered with holographic accents.” The shimmer makes for a gorgeous shifty velvety shade in most lighting but the holographic effect is blazing in natural sunlight! Fractured Horizon was easily opaque for me in 2 coats.

FStarsBottle
Sleeping Stars shown at 3 coats under artificial lighting.

Next up is “Sleeping Stars,” a “slightly beige tinted base with strong blue overlay, packed with silver holographic glitters in various sizes. This is a sheerer colour but layers up beautifully.” This shade did build up to full coverage in 3-4 coats alone however, this is a beauty as a topper! I feel like Sleeping Stars is such an appropriate name because when it is layered over a darker color that blue shimmer takes center stage!
