Hogwarts Houses June Fan Quartet by Glam Polish

Hey guys! Today I have a look at the new fan group exclusive polishes for the month of June from Glam Polish! These 4 gorgeous polishes are inspired by the Hogwarts Houses from the Harry Potter world and a steep discount code can be found only in the Facebook group at  https://www.facebook.com/groups/739265499436119/ These polishes were sent to me for review and will be available at http://www.glampolish.com.au/products.

GGryfBottle
Gryffindor shown at 2-3 coats under artificial lighting.

First up is Gryffindor, a “scarlet jelly with iridescent flakies, shifting iridescent microglitter, fine holo microglitter, ultra holo glitter and a touch of unicorn shimmer.” This polish was perfectly opaque at 2-3 coats depending on application! it does dry down fairly textured so I do recommend going in with a coat of your favorite glossy topcoat.

GHuffBottle
Hufflepuff shown at 3 coats under artificial lighting.

Next up is Hufflepuff, a “yellow jelly with iridescent flakies, shifting iridescent microglitter, fine holo microglitter, ultra holo glitter and a touch of unicorn shimmer.” This one did need 3 coats to build up the yellow jelly to full opacity but application was a breeze! Just 1 coat of topcoat smooths everything out and the unicorn shimmer glows a beautiful red on this base!

GSlythbottle
Slytherin shown at 3 coats under artificial lighting.

This is Slytherin, a “green jelly with iridescent flakies, shifting iridescent microglitter, fine holo microglitter, ultra holo glitter and a touch of unicorn shimmer.” This brilliant green built up to full opacity in 3 easy coats with a slight amount of texture.

GravenBottle
Ravenclaw shown at 2 coats under artificial lighting.

Rounding out the quartet today is Ravenclaw, a “blue jelly with iridescent flakies, shifting iridescent microglitter, fine holo microglitter, ultra holo glitter and a touch of unicorn shimmer.” This polish went on beautifully in 2 coats but if you prefer to go in thin you may need 3 for this one. I love this denim shade!
